Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at CodeTron. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with small business owners to help them establish and grow their online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Present and promote CodeTron’s services, including website and app development, social media marketing, and e-commerce solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Report daily and weekly activities and achievements to the sales manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Field Sales Executive.
- Must own a laptop and a bike for daily fieldwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology solutions is a plus.
