Everything CodeTron provides is digital. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and there are no delivery charges. This policy explains how and when you receive your software, project files and access.
At a glance
- Software access: within 24 hours of payment, usually straight away.
- Project work: delivered online at each milestone in your proposal.
- Final files and code: handed over by secure download once paid in full.
- Not received? Write to us and we will resend it within one working day.
Software products
This applies to ApnInvoice, My Darzie, SchoolSys and InvenTron.
- Activation: your account is activated once payment is confirmed, usually straight away and always within 24 hours.
- Login details: sent by email to the address you signed up with. Web apps work in your browser, with nothing to install.
- Mobile apps: downloaded from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, or from a secure link we email you. Sign in with your account details.
- Invoices: your GST invoice is emailed when the payment is confirmed and is also available in your account.
Website, app and marketing projects
- Timelines: the delivery date for each milestone is in your proposal. The clock starts once we receive your advance and the content we need from you.
- Reviews: work in progress is shared on a private preview (staging) link, or as design files you can view online.
- Launch: websites go live on your domain and hosting. Apps are submitted to the app stores in your developer account. Store review times are set by Google and Apple.
- Handover: once paid in full, you receive the source code, design files, admin logins and documentation by secure download link or shared repository.
- Marketing: posts, creatives and reports are delivered through a shared calendar, folder or email, on the schedule in your plan.
Super 7 AI
Your monthly plan, drafts and reports appear in your Super 7 AI control panel and are announced by email. Articles are published to your WordPress website only after you approve them. Monthly results reports are delivered at the end of each month.
Download links and file storage
- Download links are private to you and stay active for at least 30 days. Ask us any time for a new link.
- Please keep your own copy of delivered files. We keep project files for at least 12 months after handover.
- Files are delivered in standard formats (for example ZIP, PDF, PNG and SVG, or source code in a Git repository).
Delays and problems
If something is late or you have not received access within 24 hours of paying, first check your spam or promotions folder, then write to sales@codetron.com or call +91 93336 928 764. We will resend it or fix the problem within one working day. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
Where we deliver
Because everything is delivered online, we work with clients across India and abroad. Prices for clients outside India are agreed in the proposal. App and payment availability may depend on your country.
