Job Title: Social Media Marketing Expert
Job Description:
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Expert to plan, deploy, and manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in social media marketing and a solid understanding of the latest trends and strategies in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns for clients across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Conduct research to identify target audiences and create targeted ad campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to develop social media content and strategies that align with their brand and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and strategies to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports to clients on campaign performance and recommended improvements.
- Manage budgets and timelines for multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.
- Develop relationships with influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Ads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with influencer marketing and content creation is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is preferred.
- Hybrid work model experience is preferred.
